Hello friends!
We just had the most magical birthday celebration yesterday for Joe, my sister, my nephew, and my Dad. (We have a lot of late January / early February birthdays!) All 13 of us met at Lord Fletcher’s on Lake Minnetonka Saturday night and were pleasantly surprised to have our own private dining room. The food and wine were fantastic, our server was so much fun, and we ended the evening with some birthday desserts on the house plus an amazing performance from The Magic of Suzanne! She was charming, funny and so talented! (She also fooled Penn and Teller – watch her act here!)
It was a great way to cap off a week/weekend that included a trip to Atlanta for me (work-related) and a visit with my cousin, who was in Minneapolis to watch her daughter play in a volleyball tournament.
The family at Lord Fletcher’s – I can’t begin to tell you how many laughs we had Saturday night. 🙂

Miss Morgan wore her snazzy cowgirl boots for “Big D” – that’s her nickname for cousin Davis, who turned 21 on Saturday! I wore my boots too, so Morgan and I were matching girls!

And this is Minnesota on January 31, 2016. No snow covering this garden and perfect running temps in the 40s!
