Method
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Arrange wings on a shallow roasting pan.
- Combine soy sauce and sugars; pour mixture over chicken.
- Bake 30 minutes.
- Turn each piece of chicken using tongs and bake for another 30 minutes.
- Turn wings again and bake for an additional 20 minutes or until very tender.
Notes
I used a bag of Gold'n Plump chicken wing portions, found in the freezer section of the grocery store.
For the slow cooker version: double the sauce and combine chicken and sauce in a slow cooker. Cook on low for 8-9 hours or low for 4 hours. Then transfer the wings and a little of the sauce to a shallow roasting plan lined with aluminum foil and broil on each side for about 7-8 minutes.
