Creamy Turkey Sausage Breakfast Bake

Ingredients
  

  • 1 16-ounce package JENNIE-O® All Natural Turkey Sausage
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 tablespoon granulated garlic or garlic powder
  • 2 7.5-ounce cans biscuit dough
  • 4 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese divided
  • ¾ cup ranch dressing
  • ¾ cup Alfredo sauce
  • 12 eggs
  • salt and pepper if desired

Method
 

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook sausage as specified on the package. Always cook to well-done, 165°F as measured by a meat thermometer; set aside.
  3. Mist 9 x 13-inch baking pan with cooking spray. In small pan, melt butter and garlic; set aside. Place biscuit dough in bottom of pan pinching seams together to seal.
  4. Brush garlic butter over biscuit dough.
  5. In medium bowl, mix together has browns, ¾ cup mozzarella cheese, ranch dressing and Alfredo sauce; spread over dough.
  6. In medium bowl, whisk eggs.
  7. Pour over hash browns and season with salt and pepper, if desired.
  8. Top with sausage and ¼ cup mozzarella cheese.
  9. Bake 45 to 50 minutes or until set.

Notes

Serve with a side of fresh fruit!
