Easy Turkey Burger Sliders

The easiest turkey burger sliders you'll ever make!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground turkey (start with frozen ground turkey if possible)
  • kosher salt to taste
  • pepper to taste
  • 6 Brioche slider buns
  • 1 tbsp butter or olive oil

Method
 

  1. Start with frozen ground turkey and defrost slightly so you are able to slice through the turkey.
  2. Using a sharp knife, slice the pound of ground turkey into 6 even slider patties.
  3. Heat butter or olive oil on a nonstick or cast iron pan on your stovetop.
  4. Add patties to the pan and salt and pepper both sides of each patty to taste.
  5. Fry patties for 6-7 minutes per side or until a meat thermometer reaches 165 degrees F.
  6. Add cheese if desired and serve with Brioche buns and your choice of condiments.
