Cook turkey as specified on the package (165°F as measured by a meat thermometer).
Set aside.
In skillet, over medium heat add oil, onion, bell pepper and garlic; cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add turkey, chili sauce, Worcestershire sauce, tomato paste and hot pepper sauce.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Spoon mixture on split buns.
