Method
- In a small bowl combine all sauce ingredients, stir well and set aside.
- In a large bowl combine all burger ingredients and with dampened hands shape into burgers.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in large skillet over medium-high heat and cook burgers until golden brown and until the burger reaches 165 degrees F, about 6 to 7 minutes per side.
- Serve with lemon yogurt sauce.
Notes
This recipe would also make great turkey meatballs - just use the lemon yogurt sauce for dipping!
