Method
- Combine the turkey and buffalo sauce in a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Blend in the cream cheese and ranch dressing until thoroughly mixed.
- Fold in 1 cup of Cheddar cheese.
- Spray a 9x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Pour turkey and cheese mixture into baking dish.
- Top with remaining 1 cup of Cheedar cheese.
- Bake 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown on top and 165 degrees F. on the inside
- Serve with chips, pita triangles, Naan dippers, crackers and/or celery sticks. We love Frito Scoops with this dip!
Notes
For this recipe, I bought 1.7 pounds of fresh turkey breasts from my local supermarket and baked these in the oven with a little salt and pepper for about 30-35 minutes, until they reached an internal temperature of 165 degrees. This recipe would work equally as well with leftover roast turkey, too -- or chicken breasts!
